We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $9 for the lower 48 and $15 for Hawaii and Alaska.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $79 for the lower 48 and free shipping on orders over $99 for Hawaii and Alaska. Orders should be processed and on their way to you within 2-3 business days!

You can find our return policy at the bottom of this page. Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Clothing, bedding, glassware, etc. can be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. As we grow, we hope to expand our business to more countries!

If you have included a backordered product in your order, please allow an extra 5-10 business days for processing. We will get your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Simply Whole - Return and Refund Policy

  • If you would like to cancel an order please contact zoe@simplywholestore.com as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2pm CST may be processed same day. If your products arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of damage. 
  • Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Please contact zoe@simplywholestore.com if you would like to inquire about refund eligibility. Returns and exchange inquiries are accepted within 14 days upon delivery of your order. 
  • Returns and exchanges must be unopened and unused products. If you receive your product damaged, please contact zoe@simplywholestore.com as soon as possible to inquire about a replacement.
  • Tinctures, Lotions, Soaps, Syrups, or any perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product. Clothing, bedding, glassware, etc. may only be returned if they are unused and in original packaging. 
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
